What is the shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £30. For orders below that, the shipping fee is estimated based on the weight of the products during checkout. The packages are sent via Royal Mail and can take 2-3 working days to arrive at your address.
Are the products tested on animals?
- All products on the website are not tested on animals. We collaborate only with brands that have a mission and clear policy on having no animal testing of their products.
I have a nut allergy, can I use your products?
Allergic reaction can vary between people and unfortunately we are not able to confirm “nut allergy free” for everybody. However every brand include a full list of ingredients with every product, both on the website and on the product packaging. We encourage you to check these to make sure the products don’t contain something in that you’re allergic to.
Is the product's packaging recyclable?
Yes, all brands on the site offer recyclable packaging. Most products are available in either glass bottles or jars, aluminum, paper, biodegradable or zero-waste packaging.
What is the shipping cost for international deliveries?

What's the return policy?
We have a 7 days return policy for products that are not opened or used. Please refer to our return & refund policy page.
Do you offer samples?
Sometimes we offer samples if we have in the stock and we can send with your order.
